911 GT3 RS: Official Rules
Demo giveaway. No prize will be awarded.
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase is not required, and mail-in entries are drawn alongside purchase entries at the same odds per entry.
2. Sponsor
xMerch, support@xmerch.app ("Sponsor"). Sponsor alone runs this giveaway and awards the prize. xMerch provides the store software and is not a sponsor.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live) when they enter. Void in NY, FL, RI and wherever prohibited. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families can't enter.
4. Giveaway period
Starts November 6, 2026 at 4:08 PM EST and ends December 31, 2099 at 1:00 PM EST. Entries must arrive within this period.
5. Enter by purchase
Every $1 you spend earns 1 entry. Entries count product prices before shipping and tax, are added automatically when payment settles, and are removed if the order is refunded or canceled.
6. Enter by mail
Mail a handwritten 3x5 card with your name, address, email, phone and the words "911 GT3 RS" to Demo giveaway: not accepting mail. Each card earns 1 entry. One card per envelope. Copies and automated entries are void.
7. Prize
Porsche 911 GT3 RS (demo, not awarded). Approximate retail value: $240,000. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Title, registration, delivery and all taxes are the winner's responsibility unless Sponsor says otherwise in writing.
8. Drawing and odds
One winner is drawn at random from all eligible entries after the giveaway ends. Odds depend on the number of entries received.
9. Winner
Sponsor contacts the winner by the email or wallet on their entry. The winner may need to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a release, and provide tax information. A winner who doesn't reply within 14 days forfeits, and an alternate may be drawn.
10. General
By entering you accept these rules and Sponsor's decisions. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, and may cancel or change the giveaway if it can't run as planned, where the law allows. Where allowed, the winner's name may be used in publicity. Disputes are governed by the law of Sponsor's state.
11. Winner's name
For the winner's name, write to Sponsor at the address above within 30 days after the giveaway ends.
