What is xMerch for dealers?
Your own online store for selling cars. List cars at a set price, run live auctions and hold giveaways on one page, with checkout, orders and support through xMerch.
How do buyers pay for a car?
By wire, card, Apple Pay, Cash App or wallet. Wires are offered on orders above your minimum, and cards work up to the buyer's card limit.
What happens when a buyer pays by wire?
The buyer gets bank transfer details at checkout and the car shows Sale pending until the wire arrives. If it doesn't arrive by the deadline, the order is canceled and the car goes back on sale.
When do I get paid for a wired sale?
Your payout is released once the car is in route.
Do bidders need a wallet?
Yes, for now. Bidders sign in with the Xaman wallet on the vehicle's page. Deposits on high-ticket lots can be placed by card, Apple Pay or Cash App.
How do giveaways work?
You set the prize, dates and rules on your dashboard. Customers earn entries with every order, and every giveaway has Official Rules. Have your lawyer review the rules before you start one.
Do you arrange vehicle transport?
Yes. Buyers add transport at checkout, and a licensed transport partner moves the car.
Who handles licensing, title and sales tax?
You do, as the dealer. xMerch runs the store and checkout.
